One of the best selections in Yirgacheffe

Wolca Chelbesa Village
This coffee is a selection from the village of Wolca-Cervesa, which has a reputation for high quality production in Yirgacheffe, a region with an unshakeable presence in the specialty coffee market. This exporter is fascinated by the quality of the cherries from the vicinity of Chelbesa village and has built a 2019 wash plant in the small settlement of Chelbesa  village called Danche, building relationships with the surrounding farmers and exclusively buying high quality cherries from the vicinity of Chelbesa  village in the Wolca district.

From a refinery deep in the mountains at an altitude of over 1950m

Yirgacheffe
The water washing plant deep in the mountains at an altitude of over 1,950 meters requires long sleeves in the morning and at night, and the temperature drops so low in the morning that fog rolls in. Because of this environment, the temperature only rises to about a comfortable level during the daytime. The drying process, which takes 10 to 14 days, carefully brings out the full flavor of the chervèsa cherries.
