This lot is produced in close cooperation what Mr. Ghalib in order to make the perfect semi-anaerobic Barrel Yemen Mocha.
Coffee is the main crop in the village of Wadi Seil, where Mr. Ghalib lives. Some farmers also grow wheat, which is the staple food of the farmers, and they make bread from the wheat and eat it every day.
The land is also relatively rich in rain. Ghalib is a leader of this land, and his passion for coffee quality has earned him the respect of the surrounding farmers.
