Coffee cultivations has been passed down from generation to generation in Jarma Village, and Jalal is one of the farmer who was passed to. He learned how to cultivate coffee from his father and how to process coffee from Mr. Abdo, a farmer on a neighboring farm, to produce high quality coffee. Currently, the farm has 1,983 coffee trees, and gradually replanting seedlings and expanding the farm.
The most distinctive feature of this coffee plant is that it is located at an altitude of 2,350 meters above sea level and grown on a cliff. This harsh environment is what gives this coffee a very complex taste notes.
Galal coffee is one of the highest scoring lots this year.
